the production speed and provide accurate bag length control.
b) Equipped with two DC motors and photoelectrical eyse, which are
for back film unwinding / back film feeding.

5. Microcomputer control,with functions as bag length setting ,
display of cutting speed, counting of ready bags, shift between
printed bag and non-printed bags, batch setting ,etc.
6. Unwinding section
a) Two unwinding stations to load two film rolls
b) Brake system for unwinding
c) Automatic tension system for unwinding
7. Bag making section
a) Machine has two deck
b) Equipped with two copper sealing bars. one is for up deck and
the other is for down deck. the sealing bar is trunable to make two
lines sealing or single line sealing.
c) Cold-cutting blades are spring-adjustable type
d) If making natural color bag without printed colors, it can 900mm
wide * 2 or 450mm * 4 at the same time.
e) If making bag with printed colors, it can cut only one line at a
time ,because machine equipped with one photocell and one feeding
f) Equipped with static-remover bar
g) Heating to sealing bar is controlled automatically
h) Equipped with one table to put the ready bags
